Day 264 – No escape

D

Rainy, rainy day today. The sun just came out of the clouds while I was planning my next week. I was surprised to see that the pages were almost blank. Nothing in there except for some usual classes, but otherwise no meetings, no running around, no need for me to be anywhere.

Usually when this happens and I relax thinking that I have a whole week to do what I want to, the phone starts ringing on Sunday or Monday morning and my inbox gets flooded with messages calling me out to play. What if this week is different and I get super lucky? Do you know what that could mean, because I sure do. 🙂 It means the only thing I have to do is write and after my latest masterpiece, which I love, I think my groove is back on. I can’t wait: just me and my computer every afternoon and every night. It sounds almost to good to be true.

With all that’s been going around in our lives, writing has been the last thing on my mind, so I feel I have to get back on track. I will cross my fingers and to help my luck a little, maybe shut down my phone for the weekend, just to make sure nothing comes up. Until tomorrow, stay out of the rain and the cold. Over and out!
