Day 265 – Only one hundred days left

This is it. The final countdown has begun. I can’t believe this project made it so far. On some days it looked like everything was going to fall a part, on other days it was pure pain to write here and occasionally I had a lot of fun making up topics to write about. I think I have finally reached the phase when I am only having fun doing it.

With only a hundred more days to go, I have decided to take on a new challenge (thrown at me by none other than D). Because I love stories so much, the project will change its coat a little and will become a place where stories will be born, raised and send out into the world. Each story will have a different topic, length and the real challenge is not to write it all at once. I am to follow the thread each day and pick it up where I left off the day before. I will write endings for each of them, but won’t present them here; instead I will use that day to break the stories apart, this way I can also bore you with my life story from time to time.

So, that’s it! Happy last a hundred days! I won’t even begin to talk about how much this project has done for me as a writer, but I will say that we’ve been through so much together that I fell like I’ve gained a very good friend. A friend to whom I can come back anytime I want to browse a piece from my life’s story. Who knows, maybe we’ve become such good friends that we won’t have to break up at the end of the road. Meanwhile get ready for some interesting and intriguing stories (says the writer with modesty 🙂 ).
