Day 323 – Human beings are works of art

D

I always feel inspired when I walk the streets of Florence. Artists that live and create here inspire me the most. This morning was a source of incredible inspiration for me. After meeting three artists and talking to them about different projects we can work on together, I arrived home with a big, dumb smile on my face.

Ever since The human behind the artist was born I have met incredible human beings with incredible stories and each of their stories helped me grow a little bit more. Their passion and creativity have made me understand that without artists this world would be vague and empty. Maybe three years ago I would have looked at a piece of jewelry or a painting and not appreciate the value of the work that was invested in that piece. Now, whenever I see a piece of art in whatever form, I take a closer look and hope that I can get a glimpse into the artist’s mind.

There are artists who are so confident and serene, that they are able to pass on their feelings and emotions when they speak about their creations. Their passionate words, their confidence and their consolidated path is like a river of calmness that floods my veins and my thoughts every time. It’s one of the most beautiful feelings I have experienced and I can never get enough. I am grateful to be a part of such a magical world and to have gain so many wonderful friends whom I admire.
