Day 328 – Weird Saturday

For six months now I got used to getting up really early on Saturdays and to tell my friends this is the busiest day of the week for me. Every Saturday at 8 am I drank a cappuccino and ate a muffin while waiting for the bus to take me to class and every Saturday I got home at 6 pm the earliest.

Because of that today was a weird Saturday. I got up really late, I went for a walk with my two favorite people, I watched Ephia decorate her Easter egg and D drink his cappuccino. I looked around me and saw people stressing out for tomorrow, running around, making lunch plans, stopping for a coffee to catch their breath in between plans. I was an observer today. When I heard someone saying it was Saturday, I almost panicked for a second and then I remembered no one works today. Routine… it’s killing us 🙂 .

Anyway, the eggs have been painted, the house has been cleaned, the giant chocolate egg already awaits for Ephia to find it tomorrow morning and the muffins are “planned”. There’s nothing else to do but dive under the covers, eat some popcorn and watch a good movie. Enjoy your Saturday night people!
