- General Terms
Please read these Terms and Conditions ( “Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.writerinflorence.com (“the Site”) operated by Multilingv Services di EV, VAT NO: IT06571170486 (“us”, “we”, “our”, “Writer in Florence” or “WiF”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.WriterInFlorence.com.
The words “you” and “your” relate to the user of the Writer In Florence Website or Services or the person on whose behalf that person accesses or uses the Writer In Florence Website or Services.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We have the right not to provide the Services at any time if we consider that you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms. User data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that through your use of the Services, you consent to the collection and use of this information.
- Bookings and Services
2.1 To reserve, you will be directed to complete the payment of the selected service. To BOOK a workshop, full payment is required. For the payment method, you can choose from Paypal (with your Paypal account or any Credit Card – other fees may be applied from your Paypal/bank). For the Manual Payment (cash) if the payment has to be made before the session starts. We will provide a receipt after the payment is made.
2.2 When you book a workshop, in case you cancel your booking, 50 euros are considered non-refundable and cover our time until the point of cancellation and refund fees that are charged by our bank.
- Rescheduling or Cancelling
3.1 Once a workshop was booked, no rescheduling is possible
3.2 Workshop fees are non-refundable if you cancel less than ten days before the date of the starting date.
4. Complaints or Problems
If you have a problem or a complaint on the day of the workshop, please bring this to the organizer’s attention immediately so that issues may be addressed on the spot, where possible. If you remain dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Prices
5.1 All prices indicated on the WiF Website are expressed in EURO. The prices charged may vary according to changes in foreign exchange rates. We have no control over the foreign exchange rates set by financial institutions and bear no responsibility for the foreign exchange conversion used by PayPal.
5.2 All prices are correct at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
6.Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that you do not have the right, title or interest in any intellectual property rights related to WIF, the Website and its Services, including applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. We are not granting any license to you under any of those intellectual property rights by virtue of this Agreement, except for the limited right to use WIF in accordance with this Agreement.
7. Limitation Of Liability
7.1 In no event shall Multilingv Services by EV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of any third-party’s rights.
7.2 Third-Party Liability
By purchasing a product through any of our Third Party suppliers, including the purchase of prints, merchandise, or personal art lesson, Third Party supplier shall be fully responsible for any and all loss, injuries, illness, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered you or any third party associated with you, caused in whole or in part by the Third Party or its products and services.
7.3 WiF Liability
Before ordering or participating in any session we provide, you should know the risks involved. In particular, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to attend your session at your own risk. WiF does not accept liability for any incidents, accidents, claims by third parties against you, or any other losses that may occur during, or as a result of, your session or during your trip. We highly recommend that you have your own health and travel insurance to cover any accidents that may occur while you travel and attend your session. You have certain rights under the law. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to affect these statutory rights. Contact your local state or territory fair trading department for more information about your statutory rights.
8. Legal Age
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to request WiF Services. If you are less than 18 years, you will need parent or guardian permission to book a workshop.
9. Governing Law
For any dispute on the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions, the Court of Florence, Italy, shall be the exclusive reference.
10. Acceptance of Terms of Service
Your use of the WiF Website and its Services indicates that you agree to these Terms of Service and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service Conditions, do not proceed to make an online booking with WiF.
11. Changes To This Agreement
11.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
